This module covers how to build a group displacement analysis: how to project the transient demand your group block would displace using your own booking curve, how to calculate the true net revenue of the group after food and beverage and attrition risk, how to evaluate concession requests against your pace position, and how to direct the AI agent to run the full displacement model and produce a clear accept, negotiate, or decline recommendation with the numbers to back it up.
