Michele Walters, Consumer Behavior Analytics
Michele is an expert in the field of Consumer Behavioral Analytics for leisure industries. She has led customer behavioral research projects and departments for some of the world’s leading entertainment and hospitality companies including Walt Disney, Universal Studios, and Discovery Communications. Michele has 16 years of experience supplying customer-centric analytic solutions and models in US domestic, US Hispanic, European and Latin American/Caribbean markets. She is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of OWL’s services. She is passionate about partnering to deliver an unforeseen standard of insight, innovation and quality.
Robert Hernandez, Chief Data Scientist
Robert Hernandez is an expert in the field of Revenue Analytics and Optimization. He has spent the last 15 years of his career building data-driven forecasting and optimization models for companies in over 20 different industries, from tech to tourism. Robert began his career at the Walt Disney Company in Revenue Planning. He is a specialist in the Science and Mathematics of Revenue Management. He has engineered innovative work in the hospitality industry, increasing profit through the development of sophisticated pricing and forecasting models.
Karen Shiling, Project Management
Karen builds teams. She guides OWL’s project planning operations and is an expert in client engagement and developing and nurturing relationships. She defines and organizes the process of creating analytics-driven solutions for Revenue Optimization, Marketing and Promotions and Supply Chain Management. She serves a cross-industry client base in Hospitality, Media and Entertainment, and Retail.
