How We Can Work With You
OWL’s Models and Services are designed to meet the needs of clients with varying hotel revenue optimization maturity – in terms of data, processes, capabilities and resources.
Primarily, there are two main ways we can work with you:
OWL will execute clearly scoped out projects for a fixed price, for a well-defined set of deliverables, based on any of our products. The parameters as well as the actual product may be adjusted to suit the varying needs of the hotel client.
OWL will serve as an extended hotel analytics arm of the client, providing services across the spectrum, from Planning, Pricing and Revenue Optimization modeling to training. A team could be ramped up in a short notice, depending on client needs.
OWL could also meet overflow needs of clients, to enable internal delivery teams to focus on the most critical tasks.
